Three Woodstocks
Woodstock has Victorian semis on the streets above Albert Road with garages squeezed in later and roll-ups as the only door that fits; converted warehouses along Albert Road and around the Biscuit Mill with commercial roller shutters doing high cycles on motors that need a commercial parts list; and new apartment blocks with basement doors on the managing agent's list. A technician who treats all three as a house door gets one of them wrong.
Security
A door stuck open in Woodstock at night is an emergency — on a semi it is the house exposed to Albert Road; on a warehouse it is stock exposed; on a block it is forty residents' cars. It is secured first at any hour, and a receiver wipe after a tenant change is the cheapest security in a suburb with this much turnover.

Woodstock is minutes from the city and quick to reach. Observatory, Devil's Peak Estate and the Foreshore share the routes.
